We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Each item in our shop is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are created by hand and often made to order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

1. The Nature of Handmade Leather Goods

Please be aware that every item we make is unique.

• Natural Variations: Leather is a natural material. Slight imperfections, scars, variations in color, grain, or texture are normal and expected. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character and charm of a handmade leather product.

• Acceptance: By purchasing from Nats Goods Co., you agree that these naturally occurring variations do not constitute a "defect" or "damage" for the purpose of a return.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns on non-customized, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the exact same condition that you received it.

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• In its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Personalized Orders: Any item that has been monogrammed, stamped with initials, customized with a name/date, or modified significantly at your request (e.g., custom thread colors or sizing) is Final Sale.

• Used Items: Items that show signs of wear, stretching, water damage, or use.

• Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

4. Restocking Fee

Because our items are handmade and often made to order, approved returns for non-defective items (e.g., changed mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and the loss of materials/time. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You constitute the "shipper" for any returns. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Email Us: Contact us at natsgoodsco@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Photos Required: If you are claiming a defect or damage, you must attach clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it before you mail it back.

3. Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

• If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs) within 10 business days.

• If rejected: If the item arrives used, damaged, or does not match the return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

8. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
